Craig Villani is returning to Bikram Yoga Rockville Centre, Long Island! This is a 2 hour class – but don’t freak out! – Craig will keep it fun! It will be a fun and informative class to help enhance and improve your Bikram Yoga practice. This Bikram Yoga master class is suitable for everyone of all levels and abilities, including beginners.
