Hey BYRVC yogis,
PART 2 of our class being filmed will be held on Thursday, November 3rd, 6pm class led by Laura. We welcome you all to come and enjoy another fun-filled Bikram class. We want all levels so don’t be intimidated by the camera. That way viewers can see how anyone can try it and it can inspire others to try Bikram Yoga.
