Beginner-Friendly Hot Yoga Classes for Everyone

In 60 minutes, you’ll move through a fixed sequence: 2 breathing exercises—one at the beginning and one at the end—and 26 postures in between. The sequence is the same regardless of instructor, so you can track your progress class to class. The room is heated to 104°F. All levels welcome.

Unwind deeply with a calming fusion of Yin Yoga and crystal bowl sound healing in a gently heated 86°F room. Class begins with 45 minutes of Yin—long-held, floor-based postures targeting connective tissue to increase flexibility, improve circulation, and quiet the nervous system—followed by a 15-minute sound bath with crystal singing bowls to promote deep rest and meditative awareness. All levels welcome; an ideal complement to Heated Vinyasa or Hot Pilates.
